Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â ÇϺα¸Á¶¹°°ú Ã༺µÈ µµÀçÀÇ µÎ²² Â÷ÀÌ¿¡ µû¸¥ »ö»óÀÇ Â÷À̸¦ ºñ±³¿¬±¸ÇÏ¿© º¸°íÀÚ ÇÔÀÌ´Ù.

¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: ±Ý¼ÓÇϺα¸Á¶¹°°ú ¿ÏÀüµµÀç ÇϺα¸Á¶¹°À§¿¡ 0.5 mm °£°ÝÀ¸·Î µµÀçÀÇ µÎ²²¸¦ ´Ù¸£°Ô Ã༺À» ÇÑ ÈÄ¿¡ spectrophotometer¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿©, »ö»óÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÌÈÄ Ãø»ö°ª°ú ¥ÄE*°ªÀ» Åë°èÇÐÀûÀ¸·Î ºñ±³ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: µµÀçÀÇ µÎ²²°¡ Áõ°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó ¸íµµ°¡ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù(P < 0.05). ¼¼¶ó¹Í ÇϺα¸Á¶¹°ÀÇ °æ¿ì Ã༺µÈ µµÀçÀÇ µÎ²²°¡ Áõ°¡ÇÒ¼ö·Ï a*°ªÀÌ °¨¼Ò¿´À¸³ª(P < 0.05), µÎ²²´Â b* °ª¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ ¿µÇâÀ» ÁÖÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. µµÀç µÎ²² Â÷ÀÌ°¡ 0.5 mm ÀÌÇÏÀÏ °æ¿ì ¥ÄE*°ªÀÌ 1ÀÌÇÏ¿´´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to spectrophotometrically evaluate the influence of porcelain layer thickness and substructure.

Materials and Methods: Four groups of porcelain specimens (metal and ceramic substructure) was prepared for analysis. Color parameters were measured with spectrophotometer and color difference (¥ÄE*) were calculated. T-test and one-way ANOVA test were used to find out significant difference and Tukey test was used to identify where the difference ware.

Results: Increasing the thickness of porcelain decreased values (P < 0.05). Increasing the thickness of porcelain on ceramic substructure decreased the a* (P < 0.05) but, the b* were not statistically different. Total color difference (¥ÄE*) were below 1 when the difference of porcelain thickness were 0.5 mm.

Conclusion: The thickness of porcelain are the factor effecting on color. This study will help the color are controlled by changing the thickness of porcelain clinically. (J D
